Super fun and lots of chocolate to taste. You have to select each part to listen to the information which is nice because then you can decide what you want to hear vs if you’d rather skip ahead. Saw a previous review with helpful info-so i will repost: to get the audio guide to the language you want, you point the remote at your flag!

It was pretty straightforward getting to the place. The 165 bus drops you in front of the building. Bags are not allowed during the tour and lockers are provided for storage. It was confusing at first trying to get the hearing device to work but once figured out, it went smoothly. One has to point the device to the flag of the language desired and then point at the spoons in each location to listen to the information. It was a lot of information to process haha. I had the chance to taste some chocolates and pick a few to take home. I was also gifted one at the end of the tour. The place was very big, beautiful and well maintained. There's also a cafe and a chocolate shop. I enjoyed the tour. Here is a short video showing the end of the tour. https://youtube.com/shorts/_1YWmBEUu8I?feature=share

The museum is interesting with lots of information points on a self guided tour. There is plenty of historical info on chocolate itself, and how Switzerland was involved in developing modern chocolate. My only wish would’ve been more insight into how the chocolate factory itself worked, there was only a small section on this at the end of the tour. Further language support with the audio guides would be great too (e.g Portuguese). I was sceptical there would be plenty of chocolate to try but there is a lot at multiple points in the tour, it’s awesome! It’s a reasonable tour, we spent about one hour in it, and definitely great value for money. Recommended!
